I have placed my order. How are the goods delivered to me?

All digital goods and services will be delivered electronically. You will not receive physical items like a hard drive or USB drive. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 1-2 business days for remote installation or send you a download link.

For physical goods, we dispatch most of our orders on the next working day. We do not guarantee arrival times. You can use the tracking number provided to track your package location and expected delivery date.
